传统展成式球面磨削中球面形状误差分析与补偿

摘    要:为了提高传统展成式球面磨削球面形状精度,分析了磨削中的球面形状误差,针对大量出现的“谷形”球面形状,开发了新型球面磨削机床,并提出变进给磨削方法减小“谷形”球面形状误差.实验结果表明,采用变进给球面磨削方法后球度误差可减小到5 μm,完全满足使用要求.

Abstract:In order to improve the precision of the spherical shape of conventional generative sphere grinding (CGSG), spherical shape error of CGSG was analyzed. A novel sphere grinding machine tool was developed, and a variable depth of cut sphere grinding method was introduced to decrease the sphericity error of valley shaped. The experiment results show that the sphericity error can reach less than 5 μm by using variable depth of cut sphere grinding. The sphere can satisfy the requirements of the operating by using this method.
