摘    要:
针对民航发动机在早期设计阶段可靠性数据缺少,可靠性指标难以确定的问题,为克服现有可靠性计算模型的不足,从外国先进民航飞机以及发动机的性能参数与可靠性参数之间存在的相关性出发,通过适用性分析得出最佳的性能参数组合,对主要的可靠性参数,空中停车率(IFSD)、正点率(DR)、返修率(SVR)进行回归分析,修正影响因素,最终得到相应的理论模型,并带入到实际运营机队中进行检验,以验证方法的有效性。结果表明该方法在概念设计阶段能够准确估算出可靠性指标,可以用于指导发动机的可靠性设计。

Abstract:
In view of the lack of reliability data and the difficulty of determining reliability indexes in the early design phase of civil aviation engines. In order to overcome the deficiency of existing reliability calculation models, the correlation between performance parameters and reliability parameters of foreign civil aviation engines and aeroengines are analyzed, the optimum combination of performance parameters is therefore obtained through applicability analysis. Main reliability parameters, such as Mean Time Between Failure(MTBF),In-Flight Shut Down (IFSD), Dispatch Rate (DR) and Shop Visit Rate (SVR) are analyzed by the theoretical models, modify the influencing factors and then tested in the actual operational fleet to verify the effectiveness of the corresponding method. Results show that this method can accurately estimate the reliability index in the conceptual design phase and can be used to guide the reliability design of engines.
