流化床风帽压力波动信号相关性实验研究

摘    要:在研究流化床气固两相流流化状态时,采集、分析流化床中压力波动信号是主要的研究手段之一,近来,使用风帽压力波动信号替代壁面压力信号成为研究热点。借助冷态鼓泡流化床实验装置,在不同风量下,采集布风板不同位置风帽入口静压波动信号,分析风帽整体压力信号的相关性问题。首先分析信号时域图和箱型图,然后应用主成分分析方法计算不同位置风帽压力波动信号的相关性,最后利用风压信号独立性,分析不同风量对床内流化状态的影响。结果发现:不同床料会对流化床中风帽压力造成影响;风帽的压力信号随着风量的改变仍然保持不相关性;能够利用不同位置风帽压力波动信号对床内流化状态进行监测,表明所提方法具有可行性。

Abstract:research the fluidized bed gas-solid two-phase flow fluidization state, measuring and analyzing the pressure fluctuation signal in the fluidized bed is one of the main research methods. Recently, using the pressure fluctuation signal of wind caps to replace the wall pressure signal has become a research hotspot. In this paper, the cold bubbling fluidized bed experimental device is used to collect the static pressure fluctuation signal of the hood inlet at different positions of the air distribution plate under different air volume, and analyze the correlation problem of the overall pressure signal of the hood. Firstly, the signal time domain diagram and box plot are analyzed. Then the principal component analysis method is used to calculate the correlation of the hood pressure fluctuation signals at different locations. Finally, the wind pressure signal independence is used to analyze the influence of different air volume on the fluidization state in the bed. It is found that different bed materials will affect the pressure of the hood in the fluidized bed; the pressure signal of the hood will remain irrelevant with the change of air volume; the fluidity of the bed can be monitored by the pressure fluctuation signal of the hood at different positions. The proposed method is proved to be practical.
