| Abstract: | Teachers' degree of professionalism is guaranteed by practical knowledge.In order to promote teachers' major development,we should first lead teachers to reflect on their own teaching practice.Meanwhile,we should develop teachers' profession ethic by a variety of means,mature teachers' professional knowledge,enchance teachers' basic operational ability in classroom teaching and foster teachers' reflective ability. |
