摘    要:教师的专业程度是凭借“实践性知识”来加以保障的,促进教师的专业发展,首先要引导教师反思自身的教育实践,同时,要通过各种形式培养教师的职业道德,促进教育专业知识的成熟,提升课堂教学的基本操作能力,培养教育教学反思能力。

Abstract:Teachers' degree of professionalism is guaranteed by practical knowledge.In order to promote teachers' major development,we should first lead teachers to reflect on their own teaching practice.Meanwhile,we should develop teachers' profession ethic by a variety of means,mature teachers' professional knowledge,enchance teachers' basic operational ability in classroom teaching and foster teachers' reflective ability.
