| 摘 要： | 利用多层次灰色评价方法对船舶溢油的潜势分析问题进行尝试性研究。通过对船舶自身的因素、环境因素及人的因素指标的确定，构造了关于船舶溢油潜势的多层次多指标的评价体系，结合灰色系统理论对其进行综合评价。分析结果表明，该方法符合评价体系特征及评价指标特点，具有计算过程简洁、结果物理意义清楚的特点。

| Abstract: | In this paper, a multi-level grey evaluation method is used to appraise the oil spill potential of oil tankers or other kinds of ship such as cargo ship ,etc. Three groups of indexes are determined; they are shipselves' properties, environment factors, and manmade factors. By using the method, a comprehensive evaluation for three ships as an example is made. The result shows the method is useful and suitable for this kind of analysis system. |
