沙丁胺醇联合普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎疗效分析

目的探讨沙丁胺醇联合普米克令舒雾化吸入佐治毛细支气管炎的疗效.方法将156例诊断为毛细支气管炎的患者随机分为两组,治疗组除常规抗炎治疗外,同时采用沙丁胺醇联合普米克令舒雾化吸入;对照组单用沙丁胺雾化吸入.结果治疗组总有效率为95.3%,显著高于对照组总有效率77.1%(P<0.05).结论沙丁胺醇联合普米克舒雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎具有疗程短、见效快、无毒副作用、安全有效等优点,值得临床推广使用.

Effect of Combining Salbutamol with Pulmicort Respules to Treat Bronchiolitis Through Atomizing Inhalation

Objective To examine the effect of combining salbutamol with pulmicort respules to treat bronchiolitis through atomizing inhalation.Methods 156 patients with bronchiolitis are divided into two groups.Treatment group will be treated by combining salbutamol with pulmicort respules.Besides regular anti-inflammatory treatment,and the control group will be treated only with salbutamol through atomizing inhalation.Results The efficiency ratio in the treatment group reaches to 95.3%,which is obviously higher than the combined efficiency ratio of 77.1% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Treatment of bronchiolitis salbutamol with pulmicort respules through atomizing inhalation has the merits of short period of therapy quick effect,no toxin and side effect.This method is worth general clinic application.
