| 摘 要： | 在当前,我国基础教育在教育公平方面存在着不少问题,如城乡差别、地区差别、阶层差别和性别歧视等等,造成这些现象的主要原因有教育资源配置的不合理、教育经费投入不合理、教育价值取向不平衡等,要解决好这些问题,国家必须制订把公平作为基础的教育政策、建立良好的基础教育保障体制、坚持大力发展民办教育等各种策略,这样才能在最大程度上实现教育公平。 |
