| 摘 要： | 将微分理论应用于钻井环空水力学，推导井建立了求解岩屑运移问题的差分方程及其算法，分析了钻井参数、泥浆性能及岩屑特性等因素对洗井的影响规律，建立起深直井洗井计算机分析模型，并给出必要的钻井参数，该模型能用于确定岩屑浓度在环空中的分布、计算洗井时间、探索钻井参数对洗井的影响规律及影响程度，用现场数据和模拟实验验证了模拟结果的正确性。

| Abstract: | The difference theory is applied to annular hydraulics of oil drilling.Thefinite-difference equation and algorithm are developed to solve the problems of cuttingstral:sport. The influence laws of drilling parameters,mud properties and cuttings propertieson hole-cleaning effects are analyzed and a computer model for holecleaning analysis in deepand vertical wells is given,The model can used to 8et the following results:cuttingsconcentration distribution in the annulus.simulation of the hole-cleaning processes,hole-cleaning time and the effects of drilling paran1eters on hole cleaning.The model has beentested successfully in laboratory with field data. The resuIt shows that the model can be usedto predict the hole-cleaning efficiency and deslgn proper hole-cleaning parameters,andsuitable for selecting proper drilling parameters in oilfield. |
