| Abstract: | Within the framework of the reform of the government administration system, the reform of educational administration system has its own characteristics. After the reform and opening to the outside world, the local government bears up more and more important education administration responsibility. The development trend shows that the legal institutions level of local education administration are arising step by step, and the administrative work is getting more and more professional. |
