摘    要:
现代企业的竞争具有全过程、全方位,立体和多维的特点。从消费者对产品的价值取向的变化,探讨与其相对应的企业竞争力的核心内容。在产品的价值取向由硬性价值到软性价值再到精神价值的变化过程中,企业竞争力的核心内容也由质量、品牌发展为企业社会责任。

Abstract:
The competition of modern enterprises has a whole process,omni-directional,three-dimensional and multi-dimensional characters.From the changes of consumers' understanding to product value orientation,this paper discusses the core content of the enterprise competitive ability which corresponds with these changes.The product value orientation changes from the rigid and soft value to the spiritual value.The core contents of enterprise competitive ability develop from the orientation of quality and brand to the social responsibility of enterprises.
