摘    要:就二(三氯甲基)碳酸酯的合成及其在直接染料合成方面的应用进行了研究,本文研究合成的二(三氯甲基)碳酸酯合成条件温和、产率高,用于直接染料合成,工艺条件不仅温和而且副反应少、收率也高,这使得二(三氯甲基)碳酸酯替代剧毒光气在染料、医药、农药、高分子材料及其他有机中间体合成方面的应用前景看好。

Abstract:This paper introduced the study of the preparation of bis(trichloromethyl)carbonate(BTC) and its application to the synthesis of direct dyes.The study shows that the condition required by the preparation is mild and the yield afforded is excellent,and that the reactions with BTC in the synthesis of direct dyes are not only normally carried out under mild conditions and often afford good to excellent yields,but also cause fewer side reactions than ones with toxic phosgene or diphosgene do.With these advantages,BTC should be the ideal substitute for toxic phosgene and has a promising prospect with its application on the synthesis of direct dyes,high molecular materials,pharmaceutical intermediate,pesticides and other organic compounds.
