| 摘 要： | 提出滚刀切制蜗轮过渡曲面的概念，建立了相应的求解尖点解的条件，结果表明，刃形上满足尖点解的点为滚刀与蜗轮之间的啮合点，否则为干涉点。

| Abstract: | Aiming at unidentity between theoretical research and practical processing, this paper, also at the first time, proposes the concept of cutting transition surface of the wormgear by hob, and correspondingly, establishes the conditions under which the solution of the turning point problem can be worked out. The points on the edge are meshing points between the hob and the wormgear if they meet the solution of the turning point problem, otherwise they are interference points. |
