基于特征的回转类零件CAD/CAM集成系统

摘    要:基于作者已有工作,进一步扩展一个基于特征的回转类零件CAD/CAM集成系统,在新系统中,零件设计可利用DM特征完成,特征包括圆柱、孔、槽等。一旦零件设计完成,系统即可自动生成零件的加工工艺规划和数控程序。此外,该系统还能完成数控加工程序的整个过程的仿真及单步仿真执行,并直接通过RS232C串口实现计算机与数控机床之间的数控程序双向通讯传输,系统采用面向对象C++语言编程,已用在实际生产中。

Abstract:in this paper an integrated CAD/CAM system for rotational parts is presented. It is an extension of our research of integrating CAD and CAM through a central production definition model based upon the concept of design/manufacturing feature. In this system, part design can be accomplished using DM features such as cylinder, hole, groove, etc. The process plan and the NC program of rotational parts can be generated automatically while design is going on. MoreOver, as a special characteristic of this system, the NC program simulation of the whole machining process or every machining step can be accomplished and then the NC code can be transferred directly from computer to NC lathe by RS232C serial port. The system is implemented through C language and has been applied to industrial practice.
