第一轮高校教学评估:局限性及其改进

摘    要:第一轮高校教学评估存在一定的局限性,主要表现在评估指标和程序、评估能力的局限性,以及评估价值的异化问题等方面.对于提升教学评估能力,突破其局限性,则可从构建评估与政府、社会和学校的良好关系;建立权威性评估中介机构;强化高校内部质量管理与监控;减少评估中的形式主义内容等几方面入手,切实进行改进工作.

Abstract:The limitations imposed in the first-round higher education teaching evaluation are mainly presented in the following ways: the limitations of evaluation index,evaluation process,and evaluation ability,and the dissimilation of evaluation value.The following suggestions to improve teaching evaluation ability and break through its limitations are put forward: constructing a healthy relation between assessment and government,society and universities,establishing an authoritative mediating organization,enhancin...
