摘    要:培养和造就创造性人才是时代的要求,是高等教育的根本任务.健美操运动是高校最热门的体育项目之一,极受高校女生的喜爱和青睐.在健美操教学中,应根据高校学生的特点,将创造力的培养植入教学之中.只有培养学生的创造能力,才能充分发挥学生的才华、更大地激发学生的学习热情,提高教学质量和效果,把健美操课开办得更有特色,并为学生养成终身体育的习惯和培养创造性人才打下良好的基础.

Abstract:It is the age's demand and an essential task of the post-secondary education to cultivate creative individuals.Aerobic Exercise is one of the most popular sports in college,especially among female students.Based on the characteristics of college students,it is important to incorporate the cultivation of creativity into the teaching of Aerobic Exercises.Only by doing so,can we fully develop the students' potentials,further motivate the students' learning enthusiasm,improve the teaching quality and effect,make the class of Aerobic Exercises more distinctive,and help students develop the lifelong habit of doing physical exercises and build a solid basis for cultivating creative individuals.
