微型机控制无换向器电动机调速系统的研究

摘    要:本文对微型计算机控制的无换向器电动机调速系统进行了研究。对这种系统的可行性、可靠性,设计思想及控制算法进行了探讨和研究,给出了全数字化控制的系统方案及在4.5kW同步电动机上实现的实验结果。研究结果表明:无换向器电动机调速系统的运行性能是可以与直流调速系统相匹敌的,而它又具有直流传动所不及的一系列优点。

Abstract:A microcomputer-based control system of commutatorless motor drive is studied. Design considerations, control algorithms and the necessary sensory devices and also their realizability and reliability are discussed. A dynamic con- trol scheme based on the microcomputer and microprocessor is then given. Exp- erimental results obtained on a 45 kw synchronous motor are described as well. The results of the work show that the operational performances of commutatorless motor control system are comparable to those of DC motor brive and the former have many other advantages over the latter.
