| 摘 要： | 应用ANSYS软件中的热分析功能,对热喷涂过程中熔滴在基体表面沉积凝固后的残余应力进行有限元分析,此结果为等离子熔积成形技术的应用提供了理论支持,也为热障涂层界面的优化提供了指导依据。

| Abstract: | The finite element software ANSYS/thermal was adopted to analyze the residual stress during the thermal spray process.This conclusion can provide theoretial supports for plasma power deposition technology,and lay a gist for the optimization of interface topography of thermal barrier coatings. |
