我国人力资本参与企业收益的制度障碍及对策分析

摘    要:人力资本参与企业收益分配不仅是企业系统演进的产物,而且更受相应制度的激励和影响,这已被不断贴近现实的人力资本理论所证实。成功的制度激励是人力资本充分发挥的必要条件,但我国现存的制度却制约着人力资本的提升。据此,本文在重点分析我国人力资本参与企业收益分配的制度障碍的基础上,提出四条对策措施。

Abstract:The human capital participating in the enterprise's income distribution is not m erely t he result of evolution of enterprise system,but influenced and encouraged by cor responding system,which has been proved by the human capital theory.Successful e ncouragement is the essential factor to make full use of human capital,but the e xisting system in China restricts the promotion of human capital.On this recogni tion,it analyzes the system problems of human capital participating in the enter prise's income distribution,and puts forward 4 countermeasures for solving the p roblems.
