| Abstract: | The reform of the pattern of training qualified personnel in local colleges and universities must be enforced. And one of the important goal of local collegs and universities is to train practical, mutiple skilled, and outward-oriented personnel. In this article, the writer has made some positive reflections on the reform of the pattern of personnel training and on the exploratory way to train qualified personnel with one specialty and multipl skills. |
