橡胶坝底板设计改进方案探讨

摘    要:橡胶坝作为一种新型水工建筑物,与常规低水头挡水建筑物相比具有较明显的优势.依据现行SL227—98《橡胶坝工程技术规范》并结合湖北恩施清江东门橡胶坝的实际运行情况,对橡胶坝由于排水口被封堵而导致坝袋排水不畅的现象及实际中采取的应对措施进行初步研究,并从工程安全角度对底板的设计提出了改进方案,并对改进方案的应用前景进行探讨,以供橡胶坝工程设计人员参考.

Abstract:The rubber dam as a new type of hydraulic structures, compared with conventional low head water retaining structure, has a distinct advantage. According to SL227- 98 "Technical Standard of Rubber Dam", combining the actual operation situation of Dongmen rubber dam of the Qingjiang River in Enshi of Hubei province, the phenomena of impeded drainage caused by blockage of the outfall and practical counter- measures taken are preliminarily studied. Based on above, an improvement scheme of floor design is given from the perspective of the engineering safety; and the application prospect of the improvement scheme is discussed so as to provide a reference for rubber dam engineering designer.
