基于普鲁士蓝修饰电极的H_2O_2传感器

摘    要:研究在酸性条件下,恒电位制备的不同基体电极的普鲁士蓝(PB)修饰电极,并通过循环伏安实验及计时电流实验,考察了制备的电极的电化学性质、酸碱稳定性及对H2O2的响应特性,特别是与裸铂电极对H2O2响应的选择性进行了比较.研究结果表明:制备的PB修饰电极在pH小于8的介质中是稳定的,在-50 mV对H2O2表现出高灵敏电催化还原性,与裸铂电极比较,抗抗坏血酸干扰性强,选择性高.

Abstract:The Prussian Blue(PB) modified electrodes based on the different kinds of electrode material were prepared potentiostatically.under acidic condition. By the cyclic voltamnetric and amperometric experiments,the electrochemical behaviour,pH stability and the response properties for H2O2 were investigated.Particularly,the selectivity of the developed PB modified electrode compared with the bare Pt electrode was observed.The result show that the PB modified electrodes are quite stable at pH value below 8 and provide high sensitive electrocatalysis for reduction of H2O2 at an applied of-50 mV,showing lower inference from ascorbic acid than the bare Pt electrode does.
