“万开云”沿江特色经济带协同发展研究

"万开云"板块包括万州区、开州区和云阳县。因三地位于长江上游,是长江经济带的重要组成部分,也是渝东北生态涵养发展区最具发展潜力和发展条件的特色经济带。因"万开云"同处长江沿岸,将它纳入特色经济带来分析阐述,在对"万开云"发展现实基础的分析上,针对"万开云"沿江特色经济带的产业现状和存在的问题,从机制体制、土地规划、产业布局、资金保障、基础设施和后续发展等方面提出了一些建议。

Coordinated Development Research on"Wan-Kai-Yun" Economic Belt Along Yangtze River

"Wan-Kai-Yun" section includes Wanzhou district, Kaizhou district and Yunyang county. The section, located in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, is an important part of the Yangtze River economic zone. This section has the most potential and the best condition for development in Ecological Conservation Development Zone of Northeast Chongqing. As the three cities are all along the Yangtze River, the section will be analyzed as a part of the economic belt. Considering the industry status quo of "Wan-Kai-Yun" economic belt along the Yangtze River and existing problems, some suggestions are put forward from the mechanism of the system, land planning, industrial layout, financial security, infrastructure and follow-up development.
