基于副边无源箝位的FBZVZCS变换器的设计与仿真

摘    要:一种副边带改进的能量恢复缓冲电路的无源箝位ZVZCS全桥变换器,可以有效实现超前臂开关管的ZVS和滞后臂开关的ZCS,同时可以大大降低整流二极管的电压应力,实现副边整流二极管和续流二极管的零电压开关,减小二极管的反向恢复损耗和寄生振荡。对该种变换器各个阶段模态的工作原理和实现软开关的条件进行了分析,对主要参数进行了设计,利用仿真软件Matlab中的Simulink模块对主电路进行了仿真,验证了设计的正确性。

Abstract:Abstract: A ZVZCS full-bridge converter with an improved energy recovery buffer circuit for passive clamp circuit, effectively realize the ZVS of the fore-arm switch tube and the ZCS of the hysteresis switch. Simultaneously, it can greatly reduce the rectifier diode voltage stress to achieve secondary rectifier diode and freewheeling diode zero voltage switch to reduce the diode reverse recovery losses and parasitic oscillation. In this paper, the working principle of each mode and the condition of realizing soft switch are analyzed, the main parameters are designed and the main circuit is simulated by Simulink module in Matlab, which verifies the correctness of the design.
