| 摘 要： | 应用自动研制开发的三维弹性力接触问题分析软件３ＤＢＥＭＣ，对４种螺旋角参数，４种载荷参数的ＪＢ９２９－６７型单圆弧齿接触问题进行了计算，得到１６组圆弧齿轮的变形计算结果，在此基础上，回归出单圆弧齿轮的啮合刚度公式，还分析了影响圆弧齿轮接触迹间载荷分配的各种误差，推导了单圆弧齿轮接触迹间载荷分配系数Ｋ１，为单圆弧齿轮的强度计算提供了一个重要的载荷系数。

| Abstract: | Using the three-dimensional boundary element method program-3DBEMC for elasticity contact problems,the contact problems of W-N gears(JB929-67 type)with four kinds of belieal angles and loads are calculated and analyzed,and 16 groups of the deformation results of W-N gears are obtained.On this basis,the meshing stiffness formula of W-N gear is calculated.This paper also analyzes the errors interfering the load'S distribution among loci,and finally the coefficient of load's distribution among contact loci of singlecircular-arc gears is introduced. |
