| 摘 要： | 山西煤炭产业市场集中度低,导致煤炭资源浪费和生态环境恶化。山西进行煤炭资源整合,是降低交易成本、提高山西煤炭产品质量和煤炭企业的竞争力的需要。在山西煤炭资源整合后,构想建立特殊机构,在经济效益和社会效益之间进行协调,以获得最大发展。

| Abstract: | The concentration ratio of Shanxi’s coal industry market is low,resulting in a waste of coal resources and ecological deterioration.The integration of coal resources in Shanxi is to meet the needs of lowering the transaction costs,improving the quality of coal products and strengthening the competitiveness of coal enterprises.After the integration of coal resources in Shanxi Province,some special agencies will be conceived to establish for the coordination between economic benefit and social benefit to obtain the maximum development. |
