工作面切眼支护技术的数值模拟研究

摘    要:以华润煤业205工作面切眼为研究对象,通过分析3号煤工作面的地质力学基本条件,确定围岩稳定类型属3类中等稳定及切眼的支护方式。经理论计算分析,结合FLAC-3D数值软件模拟,分析了其围岩屈服破坏、顶底板、两帮移近量等情况,得出该矿3号煤层工作面切眼的合理支护技术方案。对工作面切眼支护具有实际指导意义。

Abstract:Taking working Face 205 of Huarun Coal Corp as an example,the geological mechanics of 3# coal seam was analyzed to find out the type 3 middle stability for surrounding rocks and the supporting mode for cuts.Theorefical calculation results,along with FLAC-3D numerical simulation,proposed resonable cut support technology solutions for 3# coal seam on the basis of analysis on surrounding rock yield destruction and the relative movement of roof,floor and two side walls,which provides some practical guide for face cut support.
