| 摘 要： | 针对传统住宅区片价评估方法的不足,将BP神经网络应用于住宅区片价评估,并将其评估结果与回归分析模型结果进行比较,结果表明基于人工神经网络的评估优于回归分析模型,将神经网络模型应用于住宅区片价的评估是可行的。

| Abstract: | In view of the defects on residential district piece price appraisel,this article attempts to apply the BP neural network in the residential district piece price appraisel.By comparing the results on BP Neural Network and the regression analysis model,it shows that the appraisal based on the BP Neural Network surpasses the regression analysis.It is feasible to apply the BP Neural Network to the residential district piece price appraisel. |
