新合纤织物的剪切性能与纱线、织物结构及纤维形态结构的关系

摘    要:实测了新合纤面料中具有代表性织物的剪切性能、纤维形态结构、纱线结构与织物结构,然后用逐步回归方法分析了织物的剪切刚度与其它诸因素的关系,发现在经向紧度普遍大于纬向的情况下影响织物经、纬向剪切性能的主要因素为经向的织物紧度、纱线的捻系数、纱线的细度及纤维的比表面积,这些结果可供化纤长丝织物的性能设计时参考。

Abstract:In this paper, the shearing property, fibre configuration, yarn structure and fabric structure of representative Shingosen fabrics have been investigated and the relationship between shear stiffness and other factors has been analyzed using the stepwise - regression method. Finally, the following conclusion was obtained : the shearing property of woven fabrics is mainly influenced by fabric compactness, yarn coefficient of twist, fineness of yarns and specific surface - area of fibres of the direction which has higher compactness between warp - wise and across warp.
