超临界CO2流体萃取法和水蒸气蒸馏法提取青木香挥发油化学成分的研究

摘    要:用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对青木香挥发油化学成分进行鉴定,用归一化法测定其相对含量.超临界CO2萃取法提取的挥发油共鉴定出42种成分,占挥发油总成分的82%以上;水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油共鉴定出47种成分,占挥发油总成分的87%以上.

Abstract:The components were separated and identified by GC MS. The amounts of the components from the essential oil were determined by normalization method. 42 components of Aristolochia debilis Sieb. et Zucc. measured by SFE method and 47 components measured by SD method were separated and identified. Those components account for above 82% and 87% of the total essential oil respectively.
