一种孟氏虫Menziesia sp. 的扫描电镜观察

扫描电镜观察显示：孟氏虫呈长椭圆形，背腹扁平，具1对吸盘样前吸器，前吸器之后为口咽，生殖孔在虫体左侧边缘处．后吸器盘状，无柄，内具3对中央大钩和7对边缘小钩，边缘膜由柱状细胞组成．体表皮褶不明显，腹面体表具感觉乳突和体棘；背面体表密布颗粒状突起．

OBSERVATION OF MENZIESIA SP. BY SEM

One Menziesia sp., parasitising the skin of marine cultured fish, sebastodes fuscesecnd(Houttuy) was studied by scanning electron microscope. The body of the worm is small size, flat and long-elliptic. Both the anterior attachment organs are disc shape. The mouth is located immediately posterior to the anterior attachment organs. The genital pore lies to the left ventral margin, near the anterior attachment organ. Haptor is disc shape, no handle, with 3 pairs of large median sclerites (in anterior to posterior succession): accessory sclerites, anterior and posterior hamuli, and 7 pairs marginal hooklets arranged radially around the haptor. Marginal valve is composed by pillarlike cell. The papillae and spins were observed on the tegument of the ventral surface, but a few ruga. A lot of small papillae are presented in the tegument of the dorsal surface.
