高校农科类科技成果转化模式研究

农业高校科技成果转化率低是目前我国的一个重要问题。本文认为农业科研成果转化应分为公益型成果转化和商品型成果转化两种模式。公益型成果的转化途径包括教育培训、试验示范、提供信息服务等,而商品型成果的转化模式可以采用下列方式进行成果转化:原创成果的自我转化,科技成果转让,以科技成果为合作条件与他人共同实施转化。

Study on the Transformation Pattern of Agricultural Science and Technology Achievements at Colleges and Universities

Low transformation percentage of agricultural science and technology achievements is an important problem at present.In this paper,the author proposes that agricultural science and technology achievements transformation should be divided into two patterns: public welfare type and commodity type.The transformation ways of public welfare achievements include education and training,experiment and demonstration,providing information service.Commodity achievements can be transformed as follows: self-transformation of original achievements,transfer of science and technology achievements,carrying out transformation together with others using science and technology achievements as cooperative condition.
