| 摘 要： | 现阶段，中小企业是我国经济发展的重要力量，但是，随着经济体制和金融体系的调整，中小企业面临着融资的困难； 借鉴国内外对此问题的研究成果，提出了解决我国中小企业融资问题的一些可能的途径，如设立中小企业贷款担保机构，发展各种小型金融企业，针对中小企业的政策性融资，组建产业投资基金等，并对各种融资途径的适用范围和原则做了论述；
