| 摘 要： | 介绍了膨胀珍珠岩砂浆作为空分基础隔冷层材料的优点，以及为保证砂浆强度降低导热系数，所使用各种材料的配合比；介绍了保证施工质量采取的施工方法及养护措施．实验表明，采用膨胀珍珠岩砂浆作空分基础隔热层，能有效的起到隔冷和承载空分设备的作用。

| Abstract: | This paper describes the advantage of expanding perlite grout as material for cold-proof layer of air-isolated foundation and gives mix rate of all kinds of material used for decreasing heat-transmit rate and insure intensity of the grout.This paper also discusses the construction and conservaton methods of insuring construction quality.Experiments prove that using expanding perlite grout as material for cold-proof layer of air-isolated foundation can effectively fulfill the functions of cold-proof and bearing air isolating equipment. |
