| 摘 要： | 在二甲亚砜(DMSO)存在下,α-溴代苯乙酮与2,3-二氨基马来腈反应,生成5-苯基-2,3-吡嗪二甲腈和5-苯基-2-吡嗪甲腈.产物的结构得到核磁共振氢谱、核磁共振碳谱、红外光谱和高分辨质谱的表征,5-苯基-2-吡嗪甲腈的结构还得到X-射线单晶衍射分析的证实.

| Abstract: | The reaction of phenacyl bromide with 2,3-diaminomaleonitrile in the presence of dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO) was studied.5-phenyl-2,3-pyrazinedicarbonitrile and 5-phenyl-2-pyrazinecarbonitrile were obtained and characterized by 1HNMR,13C NMR,IR and HRMS.The structure of 5-phenyl-2-pyrazinecarbonitrile was confirmed by X-ray crystallographic analysis. |
