| 摘 要： | 随着篮球运动在我国日益普及，随着王治郅加盟NBA，全国人民尤其是广大青少年更加喜爱篮球运动。投篮得分是篮球运动攻守矛盾的焦点，而投篮命中率又关系到比赛的胜负，影响着球队的成绩。本文通过对后旋球优点的分析，以及用具体事例对球的后旋与命中率的关系进行分析，阐述了球后旋的重要性，并据此提出了投后旋球的动作要领，在教学实践和业余训练中取得良好的效果。

| Abstract: | It is well_known that to win a basketball match is to score more points and the accuracy of shooting significantly affects the result of a match. In this article ,the author analyses the good points of a backward spinning ball and its effect on improving the percentage of hits and points out the essentials of how to shoot a backward spinning ball in training and in matches. |
