| 摘 要： | 文章以大唐内蒙古多伦煤化工有限责任公司气化炉磨煤单元的下煤不稳问题为例,介绍了螺旋称重给煤技术在劣质褐煤称重处理方面的应用。螺旋称重给煤机通过滚筒和铰刀实现煤粉输送,利用螺旋电子秤实现称重功能。实践证明,该给煤机在劣质褐煤输送方面具有很大的应用潜力。

| Abstract: | The paper takes the instability problem of the gasifier milling unit in datang Inner Mongolia duolun coal chemical Co., Ltd. as an example, it introduces the spiral weighing technology applicated in inferior lignite weighing processing. Spiral weighing coal feeder realize coal conveying by cylinder and the reamer, realize weighing function by screw electronic weigher. The practice has proved that this coal feeder has great potentialfor application in inferior lignite transportation. |
