环己醇脱氢制环己酮工艺的动态模拟

摘    要:通过对环己醇脱氢反应器的类型及物料的流动方式进行分析,依据物料衡算和能量衡算关系式,结合在铜锌催化剂下脱氢反应动力学模型,建立了环己醇脱氢反应器的一维拟均相动态数学模型,得到了环己醇转化率及温度沿轴长的分布。模拟结果与实际生产过程相符,表明所建立的模型能够准确地模拟工艺过程。

Abstract:By means of an analysis of reactor types and flow models based on mass balance and energy balance, combined with a copper/zinc catalyzed dehydrogenation kinetics model, a one dimensional pseudo homogenous dynamic mathematical model of a cyclohexanol dehydrogenation reactor has been established, and the conversion of cyclohexanol and temperature distribution along the axis of the reactor were obtained. The simulation results are consistent with the actual production process, which shows that the model can accurately simulate the process.
