飞机液压管道流固耦合振动特性及动响应分析

摘    要:通过对输流管道的动力特性进行研究,利用有限元法对管道及流体单元建立运动方程;采用Hermite插值函数,利用里茨-伽辽金法将求解微分方程问题得到输流管道的动特性方程。在有限元方程的基础上,对某飞机上的一段液压管道进行有限元仿真分析,得到管道结构各阶固有频率、特征点处位移、压力变化规律,分析了流固耦合作用对管道系统的影响。另外,讨论了不同阻尼比对管道结构动态响应的影响,为飞机液压管道的设计及优化提供了依据和参考。

Abstract:Through the study of the conveying fluid pipeline dynamic characteristics. using finite element method to build the motion equation of the pipeline and the fluid element, using Hermite interpolation function, via the Ritz - Galerkin method simplify differential equations to a linear equations, obtained the equation of the pipes conveying fluid dynamic characteristics. Base on the finite element equations, simulated hydraulic pipe on a airplane with finite element simulation analysis, and obtained he natural frequencies of the pipe structure, feature point displacement, pressure variation, and analysis the influence of fluid-structure interaction effects on the piping system. Meanwhile, discussed the effects of the dynamic response of the pipeline structure with different damping ratio.The analysis provided the basis and reference for the design and optimization of aircraft hydraulic pipes.
