| Abstract: | The main purpose of this paper is to use the definition of Gauss sum,the estimation of trigonometric sum and the analytic method to study the 4-th distribution of Dirichlet L-functions with the weight of Gauss sum,and to give an interesting distribution formula of weighted mean values. |
