FPS200在基于DSP的嵌入式系统中的应用

摘    要:随着生物识别技术的发展,指纹识别变得越来越成熟,并逐渐由联机式系统向嵌入式发展.在目前的嵌入式指纹识别系统中,指纹采集模块一般使用的是光学指纹传感器,这种传感器体积大,不便于集成。作者提出了一种新的方法,采用体积小巧的半导体指纹传感器FPS200采集指纹图像,重点研究了FPS200和处理器芯片TMS320VC5416的硬件连接、FPS200的初始化和指纹采集程序的编写,最后给出了FPS200采集到的指纹图像。实验证明:采集的指纹图像纹理清晰,背景噪声小并且采集速度快,能够满足嵌入式指纹识别系统的要求。

Abstract:With the development of biology identification technology, fingerprint identification becomes more and more mature and gradually develop from the online machine system to embedded system. At present the fingerprint capturing module generally uses optical sensor in embedded fingerprint system. The volume of this kind of sensor is big and it is diseommodious for integration in embedded system. The article puts forward a kind of new method and uses semi - conductor fingerprint sensor FPS200 to capture fingerprint images. It studies the hardware connection of FPS200 and the processor chip TMS320VC5416 ,the initialization of FPS200 and the programme of fingerprint capturing. The article gives finally the fingerprint image that FPS200 captures. The experiment proves that the image veins is clear, the background noise is small and the speed of capturing fingerprint image is quick. These can satisfy the requirement of the embedded fingerprint identification system .
