复方秦皮提取液精制方法的研究

摘    要:
目的:优选复方秦皮制剂的最佳醇沉工艺方法:采用正交试验法,以紫外分光光度法测定含量.以药液浓度.醇沉浓度,放置时间为影响因素,选用L9(3^4)表进行正交实验.结果:优选工艺为加药液浓度1.1~1.2.),醇沉浓度(60%),放置时间(24h).结论:优选精制工艺提取的浸膏中秦皮乙素含量较高.该工艺稳定可行.

Abstract:
Objective: To optimize the technology of alcohol precipitation techniques for the optimal compound of Cortex Fraxini. Method: The method is orthogonal experiment design. Doxycycline content is determined by UV spectrophotometry. Solution concentration, alcohol concentration, at the time for the impact of factors and table L9(34) is used to do orthogonal design experiment. Results: Selection process for the liquid increases the concentration (1.1 to 1.2), alcohol concentration (60 percent), at the time (24 h). Conclusion : The contents of Aesculetin obtained are higher by the optimum technology
