煤炭能源建设中水资源的保护

文章根据我国水资源的状况及水资源保护的重要性,阐述了煤炭能源建设与水资源保护的关系,分析了煤炭开采对地下和地面水资源的破坏原因,提出了煤炭能源建设水资源保护的措施,从而论证煤炭能源发展必须构建水资源、能源及环境整体优化的可持续发展能源系统,实现煤炭资源开发与水资源保护并举,才是煤炭能源建设可持续发展的必由之路。

Study on water resource protection in coal energy construction

In view of the current situation of water resource and the importance of water resource protection in China,the relation between the coal energy construction and water resource protection is discussed, and the damage to ground water and surface water by coal exploitation analyzed,then the solutions of water resource protection in coal energy construction are studied in detail. The paper suggests that a sustainable energy system, which wholly optimizes the water resource, energy and environment, must be built. It is the only way to sustainable development of coal energy construction that equal attention is paid to coal resource exploitation and water resource protection.
