| Abstract: | Using perpendicular arrays, one class of Cartesian authentication code is constructed and its size parameters are computed. Moreover,assuming that the encoding rule is chosen according to a uniform probability distribution, the probabilities of a successful impersonation attack and of a successful substitution attack are computed. |
