| 摘 要： | 通过分析近几年机械专业毕业生就业现状,总结出机械专业人才培养存在的问题,提出采用产学合作模式培养、锻炼、提高学生的工程实践与岗位适应能力,在课程体系、教学计划、师资培养、工程实训、毕业设计、科技创新等环节提出具体的改革措施。

| Abstract: | After analyzing the situation of the employment of the mechanical graduates in recent years,the paper summarizes some problems in the training of mechanical professionals and proposes the application of university-industry cooperation in promoting and training students＇ engineering and adaptive abilities,the ideas and objectives of reform and some specific measures in curricula,teaching plans,teacher training,engineering training,graduation projects and scientific creativity. |
