| 摘 要： | 将茎尖接种与MS 6-BA0．5—1．0mg／L IAA0．2mg／L的培养基，形成丛生芽，将丛生芽切块接种于MS IAA0．2mg／L的培养基上，形成幼苗，经检测，得到无病毒植株。再通过切断扦插于MS IAA0．2mg／L上生根，得到大量脱毒试管苗。

| Abstract: | Inoculate plant stem top in Culture Medium Ms + 6 - BA0. 5 - 1. 0mg/L + IAA0. 2mg/L, form grow thickly bud, cut open grow thickly bud. Inoculate it in MS + IAA0. 2mg/L Culture Medium form seeding, by check and measure, succeed in obtaining plant without virus. Through amputate cuttage in MS+ IAA0.2mg/L, take root. Succeed in obtaining mass seedling of discard virus. |
