摘    要:采用Tullgren法对中小型土训动物分离效率进行了研究。研究表明土壤动物的分离效率受分离器内土样厚度、温度、湿度和白炽灯功率及照射时间的综合影响。土壤动物的分离采用25-40W的白炽灯效果比较合适,同时也要考虑土样厚度和湿度才能使分离效率达到最佳,所用时间最短。土样厚、湿度大,可采用40W的白炽灯;土壤薄可采用25W的白炽灯。土壤动物的分离效率在最初几个小时最高,4h后分离相对效率降低。

Abstract:Using Tullgren method researches the segregate efficiency of middle-small-sized soil animal. The result shows that the segregate efficiency of middle-small-sized soil animal is affected synthetically by the thickness, temperature and humidity of soil specimen, different power and irradiation time in the segregate container. For the best segregate efficiency and the shortest time, using the power of 25 W and 40 W segregates soil animal is relatively suitable, and it also needs considering the thickness and humidity of soil specimen. If the soil specimen is thick and high humidity, it needs using the power of 40 W,and contrarily using the power of 25 W.The segregate efficiency of middle-small-sized soil animal is high in the first several hours, and after 4 hours the segregrate efficiency will reduce relatively.
