永磁同步电机矢量控制的交流伺服系统

摘    要:本文提出了一种新颖的以脉冲序列为位置给定、采用矢量控制方式的永磁同步电动机交流位置伺服系统。阐述了永磁同步电机的矢量控制原理、准线性化解耦,交流电流控制方式和伺服增益调整方法。文中给出了用高性能十六位单片机8096组成的交流伺服系统构成图,概述了主要硬件单元的功能。

Abstract:A novel high performance AC servo system with permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) using vector control is presented. A 8096 single chip microcomputer is used as the controller and operator. The vector control principle of the PMSM, the realization of the current control for SPWN inverter by quasi-linear decoupling, and a comparison between the AC and DC current control are described. The stability of the servo system, the self-adjustment of the parameter of the speed regulator, the effect of the servo gain on the servo response, and the ways of adjusting the servo gain are discussed from the practical point of view. The hardware of the system proposed is simple and the speed response is quick with a speed range of 1 : 1000.
