桥梁振动激励模态测试的研究

摘    要:振动激励应变法是桥梁检测研究的主要方法,检测获得的模态参数是判断桥梁运行状况的重要标志.本文采用自行开发的一套基于PC机的测试系统,对道路桥梁桥墩部分进行环境振动激励模态测试,记录了桥梁桥墩部分的动态过程.通过分析测试结果给出了轻轨铁路桥梁桥墩部分垂直方向上的前五阶对称振型和第三阶反对称振动的振型以及相应的固有频率,为了验证测试结果,文中对桥墩的模拟数据用二维有限元模型建模,用有限元软件ANSYS建立了该桥墩的二维有限元模型,并计算得到了桥的模态参数.试验表明,计算和测试结果吻合较好,从而验证了本文测试方法的可靠性.

Abstract:Vibration excite strain is the major method for bridge inspection studies. The mode parameters from the testing are a key measurement of the bridge operation. This article introduces an in-house developed testing suite on PC which is applied to the environment vibration excite mode testing on the roadway, bridges and piers as well as logging the dynamic processes, Through the testing data analysis, it educed the top 5 tier vertical symmetric mode of the piers of railway bridges and 3rd dissymmetric vibration mode with its inherence frequencies. To validate the testing results, it illustrates the modeling of the pier analog with its bi-dimensional finity mode, the two dimension finity mode using the software ANSYS and figure out the bridge mode parameters. The result shows that calculation and testing well coincidl and hence proves the reliability of this testing methodology.
