| 摘 要： | 针对机械设计中大量存在的离散变量或离散、连续混合变量的设计问题，分析了现行利用一般连续变量方法进行优化设计的不足，研究了混合离散优化方法应用的有关问题。结合圆柱螺旋弹簧设计的特点，讨论了在建立弹簧设计工程数据库及其设计规范应用软件时，如何进行混合离散优化方法的应用与步骤，给出设计的算例。

| Abstract: | In view of the existence of lots of discrete variables or discrete variables combining with continued variables in mechanical design, this paper investigates the defects of continued variable optimization method and the application of mixed discrete optimization method based on the characters of cylinder screw spring, and an instance of design is presented. |
