| Abstract: | This paper discusses on the importance of the informative literature work on the developing strategy of the SWCEZ, analyzes on the opportunities brought about by the developing strategy of the SWCEZ to the construction of the informative literature resources, and points out the concrete modes of utilizing the informative literature resources to promote the development of the SWCEZ. |
